Mighty Knights Self-Defense Program


Mighty Knights is a personal safety and self-defense program taught by UCF police officers with expertise in personal safety, threat awareness, and crime prevention. The course focuses on mindset, preparation, and situational awareness while also introducing basic physical defense techniques. Participants will learn practical strategies and options that may help them recognize potential threats and respond more confidently in a variety of situations.

There is no cost to attend. As an inclusive public institution of higher education, UCF offers Mighty Knights to all UCF students, faculty, and staff. A valid UCF-affiliated email address is required for registration.

UCFPD offers multiple Mighty Knights sessions each semester. Upcoming class dates are listed below:

To register, complete and submit the form below. Registrations will only be accepted when registration is open. Space is limited to ensure participants receive individualized instruction and hands-on learning opportunities. Registered participants will receive additional class details by email prior to their selected session.
