Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
The University of Central Florida Annual Security and Fire Safety Report is published by the UCF Police Department in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, also known as the Clery Act. Colleges and universities are required to publish the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report by October 1st each year and include the three most recent calendar years of campus crime and fire statistics, certain campus security policies and fire prevention statements.
Crime Statistics included in the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report are compiled from:
- UCF Police Department reports
- Campus Security Authority (CSA) reports
- Disciplinary referrals
- Local law enforcement agencies
Not all reports of crimes are included in the Annual Security Report. Only designated Clery Act crimes occurring in specific areas are considered Clery reportable crime statistics.
The Annual Security and Fire Safety Reports are published by October 1st of each year by the University. These reports contain statistics for the past three years and do not include the year of publication. To see the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report from previous years, click here.
