Criminal Offenses
- Murder/non-negligent manslaughter
- Manslaughter by negligence
- Sex Offense (rape, fondling, incest, statutory rape)
- Robbery
- Aggravated Assault
- Burglary
- Motor Vehicle Theft
- Arson
Hate Crimes
Hate crime involving any of the previously listed criminal offenses, as well as larceny/theft, simple assault intimidation, and vandalism when the crime manifests evidence that the victim was intentionally selected because of the perpetrator’s bias against the victim.
