The UCF Police Department is committed to providing professional and compassionate care to our students, faculty, staff and visitors.

If you believe an officer did not meet these standards and would like to make a formal complaint, please fill out the form below. UCFPD’s Professional Standard Division will contact you in an attempt to resolve the situation and open an investigation, if necessary.

Once signed, sworn to in front of a Notary Republic or Police Investigator and submitted this statement becomes part of an official investigation.
