E-mail updates are one of many ways UCF Alert will help to keep you safe and informed during emergencies. The best source for official news and updates about campus emergencies is the university's main Web site, www.ucf.edu.

Your cell phone number and carrier information must be current to receive emergency text messages when they are sent. You can update your information through the My UCF Web site by following these instructions:

Students: Click on Student Self Service, then Personal Information and then UCF Alert. *In order to receive text messages, you must select a cell phone carrier.*

Faculty and Staff: Click on Employee Self Service, then Personal Information and then UCF Alert. *In order to receive text messages, you must select a cell phone carrier.*
